Maxwell trolley freezing tunnels are designed for quick freezing of any type of product. Freezing times are reduced thanks to a unique through-flow and cross-flow ventilation system at controlled speeds thanks to EC fans with integrated speed variation.

High-efficiency air curtains for energy-loss-free operation

Maxwell freezing tunnels are an economical alternative to spiral tunnels. They can also be equipped with an overhead or towing trolley transport system, minimising the manpower required. An ingenious air curtain system allows operation without doors and without energy loss.

They are also valid for industrial processes such as solidification of waxes, cooling of metal parts or any other continuous cooling process.

Upon request, the tunnels can be manufactured with different dimensions to adapt to the dimensions of special trolleys or conveyor belts.
